Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) unworn, free from stains or pet hair, and with all tags attached, for a full refund or exchange (minus shipping and handling costs). No exchanges or returns are permitted on swimwear or undergarments. All sale items are final. Exchanges or refunds must be initiated within 14 days from the original date of shipment. There is no restocking fee associated with returns or exchanges.

All returns or exchanges must have a Credit Return number. To obtain a CR number, please e-mail info@mumbosonline.com. Once a CR number has been issued, the item(s) being returned or exchanged must be shipped within 3 business days. Items sent without a CR number will not be processed or accepted for refund or exchange. The CR number must be clearly visible on the box for acceptance.
